Wow, how I love venison jerky.

I'm munching on some deer jerky as I review and analyze (and memorize) the last few assigned cases. Nothing like a lot of protein right before bed, helps build muscles.

This jerky is lean, chewy, not too salty (!), and delicious!

I bought some jerky from some guy on the side of the road the other day. One of the flavors was Turkey Teriaki, it was delicious.

just finished a bag of teriyaki turkey and wasn't impressed.

Venison is just great meat. Nice and lean with a good flavour. A friend gets some every year or so and makes a Venison Meatloaf that's just fantastic. I have 3 Uncles who are avid Hunters and going to my Grandmothers has always meant Venison Stew for dinner or some other Wild Meat. So much nicer than Beef.

Find some Venison pepperettes, they're mucho yummy too.

Venison is excellent meat, and among the more healthy meats that you can eat (certainly much healthier than beef)
