wow hissing noise on phone never happened befor new comp

ok. I already checked the cable and every thing. its the cable from the phone base to the handset. I found out that if i put the cabe on top of my comp it does not hiss but in front near my cd drives then it hisses. I used my phone handset as a detector i went from one side of my case to the oher side then up near the cd drives that hissed the most near my cd-rw drive.I have a steel case if that has any thing to do with it.

this only started happend with my new build
