I can't believe how many times the media has made a big deal out of nothing. If you ever watch the show, and I know you don't, Mady is the whinest, brattiest kid they have. For whatever reason Kate toyed with her on that one, maybe she was irritated to begin with... but she really wanted to give it to her that 2nd time but the water already fell out of reach and they had to go on. You hear her saying please, etc. to her kids. She's not some monster to them, although she's very bossy to everybody.

also, in regards to the water situation, she was clearly distracted and you have no idea of the entire situation from the small clip youve seen. not giving Mady some water when she asked for the bottle was definitely fucked up, but when you have 8 kids and one gets a sip then EVERYONE wants a sip and they were on a time crunch.

i dont agree with how she handled the water situation but everyone is judging the situation from a short clip.........
