Man. FSU just fell apart at the end of the game. They really are cursed. LOL... poor Rix. He's now oficially the first QB in NCAA history to lose to the same school 5 times in a row.
 
Will give large sum of money/kidney or equivalent body part/firstborn for placekicker who can actually make crucial field goals against Miami.

Bingo. Beitia has nothing to do with this loss, Rolle blocked that puppy. FSU just fell apart, and Miami woke up at the last second. Berlin needs to just stick with the shotgun.

Actually, much of blame would have to fall on Rix. He is an outstanding athlete and a very respectable young man (have spoken with him on several occassions), but he often attempts to shoulder too much of the offensive burden himself, and forces far too many plays. Acceptable performance as a sophomore, but unfortunately not as a fifth year senior.

Lack of running game did not help the cause either.
 
I forgot the game was on, got busy when I realized it was, and then turned in to watch the Miami comeback from 3-10 and turn around and win. I'd have to say it was my tuning in that made the difference. Congrats Miami.
 
I think Miami's defense gets them another championship this year. They were simply AWESOME in this first game.

Agreed. I see a couple losses for both teams this year if they keep playing the way they did tonight.
 
I wish Chris Rix would just die. I don't care how...i just wish he would die. His freshman year, it was because he was a freshman. His sophomore year...well...maybe he needs just a little more time. His junior year...Ok...we need to think about molding a QB for next season. :|
