wow, fedex plain out sucks

so they put my package on their truck for delivery to my house today at 11 in the morning. however, the package wasnt scheduled for delivery til monday, so what do they do? take it back to the sort facility. i call and ask if i can just pick it up myself, the guy says our commitment to the shipper is that we will attempt to deliver the package once before it is made available for pick. i ask what the difference is if i pick it up, the guys just repeats "our commitment to the shipper is that we will attempt to deliver the package once before it is made available for pick". god forbid they deliver the package a day early

actually, the place only offered one type of shipment. and i wouldnt mind waiting but they put the damn thing on the truck for it to be delivered to my house, why not just go through with it???

btw, the fvcked by sending my package from oakload back to indianapolis instead of LA so THEY delayed it to monday because of THEIR error, i was supposed to get it today

Watch for the flames...They're coming. Simply because people don't like hearing other people complain. My 2nd air package wasn't delivered until 9:18PM. I'm sorry, but it was guaranteed to be here by 7, and I was waiting since 5 (My apt. complex's office closes at 5) for the darned package. I finally give up at 9 o'clock and cave in and go out to eat. I'm sorry, but that's gay...yet people flame. Flamers can lick my as$hole, I'll enjoy it way too much.

I like Fedex especially using Newegg. Using super saver ground shipping they have consistently got things from CA to South FL in 2 days. It is amazing. They don't tend to beat the crap out of my boxes like UPS tends to either.

Actually, because it's a residence, 2nd Day Air is guaranteed by the end of the day, not a certain time.

that is not fedex's fault its the people that you bought the stuff from. if they payed for it, fed ex would dilver it when it was expected.

ups messed up for me one time. i was supposed to have two packages delivered on one day. they only delivered one of them and my second package was rescheduled for the next day. however, i wasnt around to answer hte door on that day so i had to wait for the day after to receive it.

how is it the places fault? they shipped it out to the correct address and all, but fedex sent it on the wrong route. instead of delivering it from oakland to LA, the went oakland to indianapolis, then back to LA
