They use acetametaphin (tylenol) and caffeine and using a quick disolvable tab (tastes minty and not bad at all - swish with water for quicker effect) give you very quick delivery of drugs. Even quicker than gel caps. I've never consumed an anti-headache pill and had it kick in so quickly. I drank a couple more beer last night than I should have and it's really taken the edge off!
