I call them up hoping for an answer to a question..
"Do you guys need the receipt to register the card or when i have to RMA it?"
and I wait for like 30 seconds for customer support. Boom, SWEET, fast service...
Guy gets on phone.
"I'm sorry, all our representatives are busy right now, can we have your name and # so we can call you back?"...
I tell em i'll call back later.
I call back 30 secs later. phone lines are all busy...
Huh.
you answer the phone.
and you can't take my question?...
