I have a Razer copperhead which if you dont know has one of those invisible 2000DPI lasers

I was messing around with my webcam and i had it pointed @ the mouse then i lifted the mouse and noticed a glowing circle below the mouse that moves with the mouse

Is there anyone else that didnt know u could see the invisible laser using a webcam?

I'm not exactly sure how it works for something like a webcam. I'd guess somewhere in the conversion it gets turned into a wavelength you can see. You can do the same trick with a digital camera LCD screen and any remote control that uses infrared.
