Wow, Comcast DNS servers are down or slow or something

I switched to some speakeasy ones and the verison ones, and surfing the net works again... and the kicker is that pages now load like 10x faster than before!

Can you tell me the verizon DNS servers incase my comcast goes down?

What's the process for changing DNS servers, my comcast bombs out sometime and I'd like to try this. Would I just do an ipconfig and get all the info, and then switch off dhcp. Would it be better to do this at the router?
