Watched the part where they were breaking hollow blocks. Showed how the body reacts to the impact in slow motion. I'll have to record it in HD next time it shows.

That was scary how sharp it was. I can't imagine what ancient battlefields used to look like.

I was really disappointed in the cheerleader episode a while back. They should have done a full hour ep all in slo mo.

I watched a few of these, and thought they took to long to do the stuff. Too long to set up the clip and only a few clips per episode. Just not quite enough content.

There's been a bunch of episodes with guns, the clay pigeons one was pretty cool. And there's no end in blowing stuff up.
