my package left from EAST ALTON, IL, US to EARTH CITY, MO, US back to DECATUR, IL, US and then to HODGKINS, IL, US(the package is in transit and destination is northern VA)

Why would it go from IL to MO back to IL and then over to another IL package center? Damn you UPS!
They could shave 90% of my shipping costs by NOT delivering it the wrong direction and back aover and over again. I mean with the number of miles it's traveled, it should be here by now.
