The free demo lets you reverse words rather than translate, and i just want to say this is the most amazing thing i've ever seen for the iPhone. It works amazingly well and is just freaky as heck to watch.

It's a bit ahead of its time. The translations are absolutely awful. Intel was showing off something similar (and which worked) at CES 2008; it had to be hooked up to a high-end desktop to conjure up enough computational power. When everything works right it's impressive in actions, but Word Lens is not there, nor is the hardware it runs on up to speed for the task.
