Wow all the mom and pop restaurants are closed

We drove around for 20 minutes to every small restaurant shop we like to eat at and couldn't find anyone that was open. Needless to say all the big restaurants had lines busting out the door. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience; I predict this scam will backfire on the illegals.
 
One small shop here was closed. It's owned by an hispanic lady. I'm thinking why the heck would she lose out a days sales for this protest. People aren't going to not spend their money, they'll just do it somewhere else. She made a mistake if she thinks she affected anyone.
 
The pizza place across the street is closed today. I don't really care, I didn't want that today anyway.

They were marching on the federal buildings a few blocks from my work. I saw the news helicopters outside my window. I also saw 2 or 3 cars roll by on their way over there that had mexican flags all over them. When I went to lunch I saw a lot of mexicans in white shirts leaving this protest.

Just don't do any further business with those establishments that are supporting this crap by closing today. Let it backfire on them and run them out of business.

i was surpirzed...for lunch today i went to a Losbetos (small mexican food chain) and they were open. This was in south tucson too (a predominatly mexican part of town where most stuff was closed). yay for them for keeping this american well fed and letting me spend my $$$ 😀
