I was asking the same thing.
No offense, but with the junky stuff, it kinda looks at home in your back yard

haha.
What junky stuff would you be referring to? I imagine you are talking about the neighbors stuff. The only stuff I have out there are one of those fisher price or whoever, orange and yeloow cars, a small tricycle, a toy gas pump to go with the car, and a diaper genie is out there. I am pretty sure thats it, so anything else is my neighbors. Unless your talking baout my rusty AC unit, but not much I can do about that, its owned by the apartment complex. If you look at the pics though, just to give you a better understanding. The front half of the car is in my neighbors yard, the back half is in mine, running through the center of the car there should be a fence there sperating the 2 yards, but obviously it didn't hold up well against the car.
So no offense taken, well unless your talking about somthing else I am forgetting.
But back to the point, it is thier job to fix this in a timely matter, correct. I mean 2 weeks + doesn't seem all that quick to me. So am I entitled to ask for a certain amount off my next months rent since it hasn't been repaired yet, and if so, how much is fair. I mean I know its not quite the same, but what if that car had broken through my sliding glass door in the back. They dang well better have somehting like that fixed in well under 2 weeks, or if that is not possible, then I would think it would be thier responsibility to pay for a hotel or some other place to stay while the work was being done. Again I know this is only a fence, but still, how long am I supposed to wait?
