WoW 5v5 Arena lingo: WTF is 2345???!?!?!

A lot of the WoW PvP bloggers and folks otherwise on forums throw around the term "2345" when referring to 5v5 team make-up. I still don't know wtf this means. I even recall seeing a 4 page thread re:the definition on one of the biggest Arena forums, arenajunkies.com, and there still wasn't a consensus among anyone what it means.

we clobber them as Lock/rogue/war/ele sham/Holy paly

we also eat Rogue/Mage/Priest 3v3 teams alive as Lock/BM Hunter/ Holy/disc Priest
