This just sucks, i purchased a GBA SP off ebay, and i didn't receive it. So i filed a paypal complaint to get my money back, I had 2 other disputes before and got my money back both times. Well, paypal gives 10 days for the seller to respond, so after waiting 10 days and the seller didn't respond I received this email:

Dear Matt Spart,

PayPal has concluded our investigation of your Buyer Complaint.

Transaction Date: Jun 15, 2003
Transaction Amount: -$93.50
Case Number: PP-019-791-141

Now im filing an ebay fraud alert, which has a $25 fee if i get my money back. I guess it's better than nothing. I hate this bullsh*t!
The guy i purchased this gba off ebay only had 1 negative feedback when i bidded, now he's unregistered with 17 negatives!

I don't use eBay - only Half.com, and stories like this make me glad I don't.

Geez, this makes me wonder more about eBay now.
I saw a 2k laptop going for 1k last week, and the guy had 18 positives and no negatives.
He was only accepting western union, and lo and behold. The guy is now unregistered with 1 negative.

There are also a crapload of eBook scams now. I saw some guy selling 20 "NEW Alienware PCs" for 200 each. He ended up getting $4,000 from selling eBooks. I don't know if the people paid him or not, but I hope he gets shafted.

I hope you get back your funds from Paypal. I probably won't be doing any more eBaying for a while, until they clean up their security act.
