Not really. It's not as though it has been narrowed, so it shouldn't be any tippier from side to side than before. It would definitely me twitchier on the highway, but I don't think it would be "inherently unsafe".

Very unsafe, the extremely short wheelbase plus the high center of gravity will cause severe instability at speed.

It doesn't look very safe to me. Especially with that short of a wheelbase.

I wouldn't want to drive it.

There's one just like this at a muffler shop in Orange, CA. They rarely drive it because it's unstable as heck.
