Wouldn't the performance drop a lot if you don't OC the memory while OCing the CPU??!

I have several recomendations to NOT OC my memory, but then wouldn't you loose a lot of performance because the memory cannot deliver to the speed of the FSB, thus choking the CPU? By how much does performance drop?

Specs:

1.8a currently @ 2.25
TH7II-RAID
1GB RDRAM
Radeon 8500 Retail

Thanks

I would say yes, you'de basicly be choking the CPU at higher clocks if the ram is still running at default speed. It wouldn't totaly negate the overclock though. I can't imagine why you would overclock the CPU and not the ram.
