Wouldn't it be fun if Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson were one a Dem. and the other a Rep. and they both won their party's nominations for Pres. in 2004? Can you imagine the overt lieing, accusations and mudslinging that would go on? New frontiers would be explored as they battled each other in the media.

I can only dream, though.

Nah. Whichever one got elected would be impeached within six months for selling crack in the rose garden.

As I recall that did not seriously affect the long term political career of the mayor of Washington. Perhaps these gentlemen will receive the same largesse from the voting public.

Yeah, I was thinking about that when Sharpton announced that he will be running for presidency, it definitely would be fun to watch both thugs going at it.

However, they can't use race card like this fall back so I don't know what they will do when things don't go their way.

That is exactly the sort of thing that would make it so interesting. They couldn't both run on a platform blaming whitey for the world's problems. One of them would have to climb into bed with the very people they have been criticizing for so many years. What fun!
