I've done those support job and also having to dress to impress the customer and having to move around in wire closets and equipment can really mess up your nice clothes. Get my nice shirt or jacket snagged on equipments or being on your knees with nice pants will ruin nice clothes faster than anything. Factor in cost of new nice wardrobe and drycleaning costs. There are plenty of job that pays well in IT and doesn't require dressing up. Any benes can be converted to $$$ amount and be compared. The only thing that really stood out for me here is 33 paid days off per year but does that include holidays? Most companies starts you out with 10 holidays and 3 weeks of vac/sick which is about 25 days - not bad.

QFT.

what exactly are you doing? i would hate to do support in a suit... wtf is the point? you're more likely to tear it up. and it's very unconfortable lifting and moving stuff in a suit... granted, with enough money, you could probably get me to do that...
