There needs to be a self-destruct button. Otherwise, as others have mentioned, what will you do if the universe ends or mankind obliterates itself or whatever? I'd take it if I had the option of ending my life (although it should require a series of steps to make sure you don't kill yourself inadvertantly while depressed or something).

I think the 80 or so year lifespan of a human is a tad short. 400-500 would be nice.

Are you trying to make fun of me? Eternal youth would have to be a prerequisite because otherwise you would be mostly dead after 100 years. And then living forever would just be a corpse laying there. Perfect health would be required otherwise you could get herpes at year 10 and still have herpes year 21050210. Or say you lost both your legs, living forever legless.
