Priority number 1, I agree. I would vote for a monkey before I ever vote for her.

But no, I would never vote for W.Bush.

Everyone conservative is gonna hit vote yes, everyone liberal is gonna vote no. Whats the point of this thread?

what about the moderates?

i registered independant and would have sooner voted for my toenail clippings

however, i didnt have my registration turned in in time to vote in 2004, which is ok, because i hadnt paid any attention to politics at the time.

i have, however, since then, and will vote this year for certain.

I personally would like to see this administration, the entire Congress, the Supreme Court, and every lobbyist on K Street sent packing. Hit the reset button on government. Erase the tax code. Have every single American re-study American history without revisionist BS overtones. Then have every American memorize the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Then we can maybe begin rebuilding government.

ive thought the same thing before

good luck with that though :/

I want a constitutional amendment so that he is president forever.

so I voted yes.

Is this some extremely subtle attempt to make fun of Republicans? Because if it is, you guys are doing a great job! "True folk hero"? "President forever"? Nothing I could possibly say would make Bush supporters look any dumber. Bravo, I salute you!

Pfft.. They don't need no steeenking constitutional amendment! All Bush needs to do is sign an Executive Order extending his presidency indefinitely due to the War on Terror.

Bush isn't conservative. He is for massive spending and big government; hardly the recipe for conservitism.

Now there's a QFT. Neoconservative: Yes. Traditional smaller government, smaller spending conservative: Hell NO.

I can go along with that. Makes sense and probably would be in our best interest.
