Would you use this LCD Mount?

I have a 19" LCD monitor that I want to mount flat on the wall directly at the right end of my desk, and be able to pull it out and turn it to be next to my main monitor for when I am working on a second PC or to use as a second monitor on my main PC.

I found a nice mount at Circuit City, but it was just far too expensive - $80. Then I found this one for REALLY CHEAP on Ebay, and it is very tempting. Do you guys think it is worth a try?
