Seriously though, no way. Even though i've been with my girl for a long time, dates are one of the only times i get to all out for her. So a coupon would definately be out of the question.

Definitely not on a first date. "Cheap" is not the first impression you want to make.
Waiter: May I take your order?
You: Yes, I'll have the roast duck, with the mango salsa...and she'll have an entree of equal or lesser value. Here's my 2 -for - 1 coupon.
Her: (OMGWTF)
I don't think that would fly![]()

Seriously, I wouldn't mind. Unless you say to the person, "Hey! Let's go to McDonalds because I have a buy one Big Mac, get one Big Mac free coupon!", then I'm sure the person will understand. If you decide to go somewhere and find out that a coupon is available, then it's ok. But if you choose a place because of the coupon, then you might be sending the wrong signals. Of course I would point this out during the course of the date because she should know that I am a thrifty person. I don't actively seek great deals and live off of them, but I do take advantage of saving money when possible. If a woman doesn't like that, then I don't think it would work out in the end anyway.

Not only would I use it, but I would have my date convinced that it was the coolest thing she had ever witnessed in her entire life by the time I produced it.
Ok truthfully that's stretching it. What I would really do is ask her if she liked the place, then I would say, "Well you are going to think this is cheap, but... ah never mind."Originally posted by: moshquerade

But basically if she had a problem with that, then why the H would you want to be with her anyway. pshhhhhhhhhttttttttttt
basically yes, someone that had a problem with it isn't my type.Originally posted by: meltdown75
