Forget who is in the office right now, just view it as "The President of the US". Do you think you can be a Secret Service agent and if ever needed, take a bullet(s) for him?

Probably not, but I'd have a problem taking a bullet for a stranger too. I guess I'm just selfish. The only people I could see taking a bullet for are my immediate family.

Hell no, i would never take a bullet for a corrupt plutocrat, especially if they're anywhere near as corrupt as Bush.

Only if I have a very nice armor :) For Bush, f**k no. Actually maybe I would. With the first condition.

I can only think of 5 non-family people I'd take a bullet for. President/Prime Minister isn't one of them.

Depends. If I'm on the secret service, wearing body armor, collecting a fairly decent paycheck to do just that? Yeah, I'd feel compelled to. As an average citizen? Probably not.

Could I have when in the Navy and it was part of my job & life, then yes, most certainly. Or if I was secret service, of course I would. Now, no. Now part of my duties any longer.

At least Clinton got laid. I'd take a bullet for that mentality. Bush has trouble enough phrasing a coherent sentence, I think how the director of Transformers decided to depict him is probably more accurate than anyone realizes. Get that man some ding dongs, stat.

The SS does not protect the man, they protect the office.
It is like "salute the rank not the man"

I LMAO when this came up in Rush Hour 2. Chris Tucker was excited about being a "secret service agent" and Jackie goes you'll never take a bullet for the president. Chris goes yeah but they'll never know that :D

Sums it up for me. If its my job, I hope I would. Otherwise I'm ducking.
