I'm moving from Chicago back to San Francisco, I'm not sure if I'm going to take my car back with me.

Would you sell a car to your friend? The car is in good condition, nothing that I know is wrong, but I dunno if its such a good idea. If anything happens I might get some blame.

Just as long as you have an agreement that if anything happens after the saleit's not your fault. And demand full payment up front. Trying to collect money from friends can be a PITA sometimes.

I sold a PC to a family member and it was pure hellacious how much phone support I hadta give. I will NEVER do anything like that again. It was true for mobsters, and it's true now:

NEVER mix money and friends/family.
