I have this one on-campus job and I go into my shift right after this one guy
The problem is that everytime I go in, there are 6 of his friends all taking up the space and the place is really tiny. It's like a miniture house party in there every single time I have a shift after this guy
I don't even have a place to sit and my workstation is being used by his friends. There should only be one employee in there (me) when his shift ends... I don't care what he does during his shift but he should get the hell out when his shift is over.
So, I suppose I have the right to kick them all out but that can come off as rude... I like the guy but I just want peace and quiet. I'm not in the mood to socialize and watch stupid clips on youtube

1) Don't say anything and deal with all the people
2) Say something, and (hopefully) have the problem go away

Passivity doesn't get anything done. Unless he's a complete jerk, he'll understand your plight. Say something like "Hey, I've been really stressed out lately, and I could use some quiet time. Do you think you and your friends could find another place to hang around?"

If he is a complete jerk, well, you'll have to notify someone of higher authority.

Kick them out, but at least attempt to do it politely first ... its a job not a game.

the squeaky wheel gets the grease. No speak, problem will not go away. Handle it like a man, but tactfully.
Gentlemen, if you will please excuse me, I have work to do. :)

Just say something to him, he might just not think it is a big deal and will go. If he gets upset about then just go to supervisor and let them know you need him gone when his shift is over.
