Would you recomend I actively cool the NB and VRMS on my build? (with specs)

Putting together a new build. Here are the specs (just pulled copied from another thread):

1 - Das Keyboard Mechanical keyboard
2 - Corsair HX750
3 - Gigabyte x58-UD3R Mobo
4 - Intel Core i7 920 D0 stepping
5 - LG Blu-Ray reader/DVD writer
6 - Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler
7 - WD Caviar Green 2TB
8 - GSkill 6GB mem
9 - Intel x-25m 80 GB SD
10 - MX2 compound
11 - Corsair 800D case
12* - Same as #7 (will be in RAID 1)
13* - Same as #8 (so I will have 12GB)
14* - Gigabyte Radeon 5970

I will be OCing the CPU to around 4Ghz 24/7. The rest of the components will NOT be OCed. All of this will be going into the 800D case. Ambient temps here are as followed (also copied from another thread):

Ambient temps are only high during July and August here where it can reach. 28 - 30 deg C (82-85 F). Occasionally it gets a little hotter for a few days but not usually. During all other months it's much cooler. 15-20 C in spring and fall and 1-5C in the winter. Of course in house temps are usually in the 15-20 C range except in summer when it can be hotter than outside, so close to 30C. Nothing like the mid west of the US or back out east in Canada though. Thanks for the advise.

What additional cooling would you recommend if any for this rig beyond the Noctua CPU fan and the case fans that come with the 800D.

Thanks!

With the top mounted fans in the 800d blowing inward, there should be adequate airflow over the VRM heatsinks.

Haven't opened the case yet but doesn't it just come with a cutout for 3 fans and or a radiator but not the fans themselves? Would be cool if it does come with them. Not a big deal anyway though as I might replace them with Noctua fans if they are loud.

It comes with 3 140mm fans, but no 120mm fans for the top three vents. You can get yate-loons though for under $4 each.
