If I was forced to use AOL, well Ill be damned, but Id use it, it's better then nothing.

I think I'll suffer with out the net...AOL is just so crap!!!

But haven't you seen their commercials? AOL listens to their members when they have suggestions for "how to make the internet better." That should tell you right there that AOL is a top-notch ISP.

They should really work on making it faster.

Anyone who could go without the internet... doesnt deserve to post here. Internet is a must, even if it is using a crappy company.

AOL isn't that horrible.

I'd never use it by choice, but it wouldn't be the end of the world (though dial-up would suck hardcore)

Why not, I'll just connect to it, minimize it and load IE or Firefox.
Edit: I would of course turn off all aol messaging and my aol email box.

I am stuck with that situation when I go to my parent's house. I can only stand it so long. I might be on long enough to check my mail and that's about it

Every member of my family has broadband, whether it be cox, comcast, roadrunner, or Bell ADSL. I'm covered wherever I go. :)
