Would you rather have AA or AF for 1024x768 gaming?

id probably say AF since I dont stand around enough to look at straight edges.
Hell to be honest Im probably one of the few that run 10x7 with 2QAA with 8xAF been running that way since I had my first quincunx card.....

If I had to make a choice at any resolution below 1600x1200 I'd say AA.

AA. I can see jagged lines in games even while I'm in the middle of fighting. AF doesn't appear to make any difference to me.

this is strickly a personal preference. for me i'd rather have AA cuz i can't stand jaggies for some reason. blurriness from distance is fine for me

I'd choose AA, I don't care for blurriness in the distance, but I would use AF if I was able to of course.
It's interesting to see that every person has a different opinion about this, I thought the AA has the higher priority for everybody since it's far more noticable.

I always pump up the AF,I use 16x AF performance and have AA disabled, infact never use AA it`s something that I can really live without in gaming.

Newer games seems to have less jaggies (I have no idea why but it happens in farcry for example, @1024x768 seems like it has more resolution if you search for jaggies) and the thing I can stand less is lack of definition in textures, so I vote AF as it makes textures look just great.

I never use either. I don't think my card is powerful enough to support them @ 1280x1024 w/ 60fps.

That almost seems unrealistically clean and crisp. I'm pretty sure the floor should be blurred as it distances, but it should be crisp nearby. Just realife i dunno.

AF...Jagged edges are no problem, but my honest opinion is I can do without both.

if i had to chose one i would go with AF provided the resolution isnt too low
