I currently have a matte wireless mouse, but the mouse i used forever (MX510) was glossy. Seems like a lot of mice are making a trend towards matte. Wonder why. Soo...i'm not entirely sure myself.

i would rather have a mouse which has a good sensor, is lightweight, suitable for palm grip, no prediction, negligible negative acceleration, a braided cord, side buttons and tiny liftoff distance.

after that, i can think wheter i want it sparkly or blakkk

I prefer matte since I think it just feels nicer to hold, also doesn't retain fingerprints so readily.

Also why would anyone prefer a non-braided to a braided cord?

Braided cords 'vibrate' when they slide over the edge of the mousepad
