Would you rather be dead than become a zombie?

Okay, so you are surrounded on all four sides by zombies. You are the last one left and your fallen comrades have joined ranks with the undead.

You empty bullet after bullet into those walking corpses, but there is no stopping them. At the end, your arms reach into the ammo box and find the last remaining clip. There is no postponing the inevitable now, you are toast.

So what would you do? Empty the last bullet into your brains, preventing you from waking up as one of the undead? Or would you just let them take you and join their side?

It will be the bullet for me!

Zombie.

That way, you get to be normal AND a zombie before you wind up dying anyway when some guy finally manages to really kill you.

If it's just the bullet for you, well then you miss out on all the zombie fun.

Zombie sex is better too - you can stay hard for much longer, due to rigor mortis. Crawling maggots can also provide all kinds of interesting stimulation.

In "The Stupidest Angel" by Christopher Moore the zombies seemed to have a pretty good time. I'm voting undead.

I'd find the nearest female zombie and throw her to the ground and fuck her, while the others began to eat me. My actions would establish me as the alpha zombie when I become one of them. That's how I'd go out if I were surrounded by zombies. Hell yeah.

I'd rather kill myself cuz a bullet through the brain seems less painful than getting bitten to death before reanimating.

If I become a zombie, am I technically dead consciously? As in, I'm not going to be thinking about how I miss normal life, and reminisce about how great playing video games were? Am I going to become an ordinary creature that is driven entirely on instinct, with no moral judgment and no conscious thoughts?
If that's the case, then hell with it, I don't care what happens. If I'm zombified, can't really say I'd care, because really, I wouldn't 'know'. Unless these are smart zombies, the kind that go to work, live in normal societal structures, and watch tv/play video games. Those are the kind we need to watch out for. The kind that lives normally by day, but hungers for brains at night.

I just don't like the zombie initiation test. Otherwise I'd love to be a zombie. I'll wear a bulletproof vest and a flame-retardant suit so it'll make it a little harder for noobs to kill me (again).

Don't see myself going into this situation in the first place since I'm one of the zombie crew. :p

That depends on the kind of Zombie.
The slow ass zombies from the Night of the Living Dead? No.
One of the Warcraft undead? Yeah, sure.
One of the fast moving zombies from the 28 Whatever Later movies? Maybe.

Can?t kill myself, because I couldn?t get into heaven after suicide so I have no choice but to become a flesh eating murderous brain chewing zombie.

Both. Shoot myself in the heart to avoid the torturous death, but still become a Zombie afterwards. Hey! You only live once, don't knock it until you try it.

The dying part from getting eaten alive by a zombie is going to be a problem for me. You wouldn't turn into one until after they ate chunks of you! That would be super painful!

It would be just my luck to decide one way or another and then find out that deadness, or zombiehood, isn't quite what I thought it was going to be. Still, given the information I now have, zombie sounds like the better choice. At least I'll get a little exercise.
