Would you purchase Flight Change insurance?

United is conducting a survey on what people think of flight-change insurance (just got an email). For example, instead of the risk of paying $100 to change a flight, you could choose to buy flight change insurance when you buy your ticket, and then be able to change your flight for no additional charge if needed.

I think its a great idea for business travelers especially, but would be great for leisure/vacations also to stay longer if its going great, or to leave early if its not...for only $35.
 
many larger businesses have deals through large travel companies where "unused" tickets get traded or something, so it is often not needed for businesses
