Even if they gave the place to me for free the annual property tax and maintenance fees would destroy me completely.

too white, I like natural stones/tiles and more sand-tone colors. It's a nice house though.

I could see using it for the servants quarters after building a bigger house.

Schools are nothing special based on rating.

However for one to afford that place, private school / tutors would be expected.

No way. Looks like a OR with all that white. The white marble in particular looks horrible to me. Give me a 3-5,000 sq foot house with a ton of land and I'd be a happy camper.

I like some aspects/elements but too much of it reminds me of some cross between cruise ship and Vegas hotel decor. If I'm gonna pay $4 ~ $5 mill for a spread, I wanna be able to throw rockin parties, shoot some guns, and ride some dirt bikes without complaints from the neighbors. e.g. 30+ acres with rows of trees on each side for some noise deflection and no fucking HOA.

It's a nice house, but I would think that most people with that kind of money would probably just build what they want. I can imagine that there is a frugal millionaire out there that will low ball them on the price and probably get it.

Seems kinda cheap, but obviously location location location. Similar property would probably be 3-4x here.

I think it is a nice house and better than most pro athlete houses I've seen. The one thing it desperately needs, however, is some color -- way too much white.

Agree. As I said in the first post, no weirdo/strange/odd things inside the house.

If I have the money, I would buy a nice house about 2K sq ft with big yard and trees for privacy.

I would get the same house as the vampire family house in the movie Twilight.

It looks nice, but it doesn't look very functional. I never understood these kind of houses. How are you supposed to live in them if you do anything besides entertain and watch tv?

They're mostly for laundering drug money.

The Taxes are a huge liability.

This is the kind of home you would only own if you liked entertaining and parties. It seems a little too large and opulent. It seems a bit overdone for the area it is in. I agree that some of it is just too white. A little off-white or sand colored stucko on the wall might look better, even if it was a an imitation wall treatment.

Everyone's commenting on the colors and decoration, but if you've got enough money to buy the place, you also have enough money to redecorate it...
