Would you live in this country?

Well, first off it would consist of 3+ islands in the Pacific or Carribian. Island 1 would be small to medium sized and have a Castle (for me, the King) on it. 80' stone walls, the whole bit. All technology on this island would be hidden, so as not to ruin the fun. I'd hire some guys to walk on the walls with bows and ringmail, and stuff like that. The whole rest of the island would resemble mideval Europe. Counrtyside, cottages, that kind of stuff. All incoming trafic would be by wood hulled, sailing ships. Some other stuff, all drawn from mideval era. And there would be 1 high tech room, with all kinds of computer there, should i need to blow up somewhere.

Island 2 would be small, devoted to the countrys military. Island 3 is the largest of the 3, which is for the usaual people, with the big buildings, and stuff like that.

Flat tax rate, and if I know you from Anadtech, you get a tax break and can live in the castle

probably not, the middle ages seem to have sucked tremendously. i would however allow you to live in my spacious steel construction mansion/mega hotel in luxurious antarctica. don't worry, we have satellite internet.

but really, only people on my island would be "nobels" and such, secpt for a few "peasants" (ex natives) whose only requirment woule be to wear something other than a loincloth and speack english. I'd pay em too. If they feel the need to uprise, I'm sure some guys with "bangsticks" should calm them down, eh?
