Then what's with all the talk about us doing away with the United Nations? It is a vital part of world security. The United States of America has never bypassed by the UN and has always adhered to its founding Charter. After World War II, when empires laid in ruins, and when the United States was producing half of the world's GDP, we brought the world together to find this multilateral instrument. It was with American support that the UN got off its feet. If anything, it has to be reformed to give smaller countries a bigger voice.

The same thing goes for other international institutions founded and supported by the American government:

United Nations

World Bank

International Monetary Fund

World Trade Organization

North Atlantic Treaty Organization

The world bank, the imf, and the wto are embarassments to humanity. In concept they are tremendous, but in reality they act to make us richer at the expense of the developing nations.

Ha! for a second there I thought you were talking about Israel. Seeing as the US/GB are the parents of that "wonderful" nation. I don't why we were worried about Iraq (now Iran and Syria also) while Israel is allowed to go about selling weapons, radar systems Radar , LockHead martin Israel has no loyalty to any nation. They play with all sides and the US/GB who are the "parents" of Israel really is not saying anything... (they should but when the child grabs you by the balls it hard to cut its hand off)

US technology is finding its hands into "communists" and ex"communists" Am I the only here who is worried about this rather than Non existant WMD's and such?

Honestly I have much more respect and acceptance of the communist and rogue countries, than I do for Israel... (even though they trade heavily with the country I immgirated from )
