Would you join the army

id rather not join the army no matter what, killing and almost being killed sucks.

If the question was "Would you go through with being drafted into a war you agreed with?" then my answer would be yes.
 
would i try to have the nuts that were so apparent in previous generations and are still evident today with the soldiers fighting in the Middle East?

yes. i would try. i'm lucky to be here sitting on my ass while people put their lives on the line, but if it came down to it, i would go to war for things i believe in. it's a shame that war is still a reality in this world but i guess it's all part of our developing into what will one day hopefully be a unified globe.

yes, in fact, I have. I'm sitting at Ft. Sill right now (I was actually injured during Basic and am waiting to heal). See other posts for comments/rants.
 
I would join the army. Or whatever army. The only war I believe in fighting is a war fought to prevent my direct death.

So if some other country is attacking yours, and is going to enslave or otherwise take over the society you live in, that's okay with you as long as they are going to let you live?

Yes. Living is the most important thing, and I do not care at all about my "people".
