How much would you pay? I am thinking $7-$10/month.

I am planning on an all girl site...with a college dorm theme.

But maybe I'll have guys I dunno. It's not too hard to find
hot looking women who will pose for decent money. But it's way
hard to find the same quality women who will do girl/guy stuff...

I've seen free sites...they all have the same canned pics though. I have 100% original content...

I have about 4000 pictures/mpegs of 6 girls that I know or I was
introduced to. Luckily I was able to get produce stuff for
relatively cheap. They aren't professional models, so they didn't
really expect much cash.

I have enough capital to launch the site. But I figure
I would need about 100 members in about 2 months to turn a profit.

It was hard when I did it for the first time. I kinda started laughing because I was
nervous about taping her. She started crying and then I felt really really bad. So I paid
her for doing nothing. She came back the next day and I made sure to have my ex-girlfirend
with me so that they could &quot;bond&quot; or whatever.

My friend just started his own site with just a crap-load of photos and videos he had downloaded from the net over the years. He started on the 7th of sep, and has made over $300 so far. that's straight profit. that's after paying for the hosting. he's charging 12.95 i think, but i'm not sure. anyway, people will pay.

That sounds promising thanks. Do you think I should spring for
guy/girl action or just keep it all girl. Keep in mind that it
cost significantly more to produce guy/girl stuff and still keep
the same quality.
