would you incorporate using Intuit MyCorporation?

I make a fair amount of $ on ebay and from my web sites, I'm thinking it's time to incorporate for protection - LLC, unless someone comes up with a good reason for S corp.

Intuit's a decent company, I've been using TurboTax for a long time. I just noticed that they have a section that does Incorporations. Price is decent, and they seem to know what they're talking about.

Online or local lawyer? Why? Thoughts.
