Would you HIRE someone who hacked into your server?

of course, i would never hack with a malicious intent.

I would be afraid to see what would happen if he hacked you to show he could... then you didn't hire him. It could be a big mess to clean up :Q

Erm I'd say this is more the guy who breaks into your home and leaves a note on the refrigerator door saying about it. You have of course given him permission to try and break into your home.

If you want a job like that, then get your degree, speciliaze in security, set up a consultancy, and contact companies BEFOREHAND.

I'd pretend to be interested in hiring you so I can gather the evidence to send you off to juvie and/or get you expelled from HS.

I'd bet most of the people saying "yes" haven't been in a position of authority at a company before. Not too many people besides John Travolta are looking for l33t cowboy hackers on the payroll. Some company might hire you under the table for criminial industrial espionage against a competitor though.
