would you ever consider getting married just to have a baby?

i know someone who is doing this, and while the couple are really great friends, too, she really doesn't "love" him, but wants a baby that bad, and won't do it unless they are married. he, on the other hand, has loved her and wanted to marry her for quite some time. he knows she doesn't quite have the same deep feelings for him and wants to have a baby with her, but he loves her enough to feel it's going to work.

(kind of an arranged marriage) My mom always tells the story about how she always thought my dad was a lazy bum, and the only reason she married him was that she was getting old and he was her "last chance"

fast forward to now, 2 kids, still together, and they bicker like an old, married couple.
