Would you eat this fish?

i would try it
peel back the skin with my fork and pull out the meat
if it was tasty, i'd eat it up

This reminds me of when my gf's family came to visit her in college in NO. We went to a seafood place and her brother ordered boiled shrimp. He absolutely freaked out when they were served with the heads and shells still on. I couldn't understand his problem.

Definitely yes, and I have many times. I have even caught the fish, cleaned it and cooked it myself. I believe it is the best way to cook many types of fish.

Yeah I'd still eat it. . .I would just expect it to be cheaper since I'd have to do so much more of the work myself.

Only if I was starving to death. But that is because I detest fish - not of because how it is prepared.

Better be REAL cheap. They did you the kindness of adding heat, but ZERO preparation or display.

It looks unappetizing to me.

And no, I don't like seeing a head on my plate. I have a rule to not eat anything staring back at me. 😉
