I believe I have. When I was young my father employed a large number oh Hmong workers, and they ate dog all the time. I always had lunch with them, so I'm sure I've had it at some point.

maybe that too, but i've been told that when you shoot a deer and it dies on the spot the meat will be more tender than if it runs around and then dies (hence the adrenaline surge).
