Would you eat a duck egg?

Never had a chance to try balut, but I sure as hell would.

If duck eggs + congee is good, I'm it gets even better with age 😛

They taste exactly like checken eggs. The shells are a little thicker. You can mix duck + chicken eggs in scrambled eggs or an omelette or something, and you'd never notice the difference.

A friend of mine had a small farm. They had both ducks and chickens. When they went out ot collect eggs, they'd get both the chicken eggs and the duck eggs. I've eaten them, and would eat them again.
