Most all supermaket milk available today is pastuerized and homogenized. Even Organic milk is altered in these two ways.
If you had the option to buy raw organic milk: milk from cows raised organically and non-pastuerized (but tested to verify the bacteria count is safe) and non-homogenized, would you buy it? Assume the price is competitive.
