No

It sounds nice and wonderful being able to discover all the new technology, if your species still exists and if that technology is so advanced but in the process you would fall so far behhind the times you would render yourself intirely unable to use it. My parents cant use Email and by my calculations they have only been frozen for a little over a decade. Just try to imagine teaching someone from before the cival war how to use a mouse. And while i was sleeping away in that massive slab someone else would be using my time to build my technologys make my billions and overthrow my planet. No, no, Bill Gates, Genetics, Internet Publishing: This is my time and i plan to seaze it.
Besides the one technology you would no they hadn't mastered yet would be cryogenics becuase you would be the one their perfecting it on!

xodarap: I would assume that you are young, smart, good physical condition....you would be able to adapt to the new situation and environment, and might even do very well.

Would you say the same thing if your parents were 20 years younger?

I would like to be cryogenically frozen, but still be able to see/think (ala Demolition Man) and be put in front of a TV for the 150 years.

Now the question is, what channel should it be on for that long...

But if you cannot experience what goes on during the intervening 150 years, what difference would it make if you were simply debriefed upon reanimation than actually having someone feed you information throughout suspension?
