Would you trade a 500mhz laptop, in good condition, that you don't really use for:

Gamecube
3 Controls
3 memory cards

And these games:

Gauntlet : Dark Legacy
Animal Crossing
Super Mario Sunshine
Legen of Zelda : The Ocarina of Time w/Master Quest

You could probably ebay your laptop for $300-$400. More than what the gamecube and goodies is worth, and buy yourself a new gamecube.

that would be better.

seems like a good deal to me, adding some cash to the deal seems to be pushing it to me.

It's got a floppy and CD-ROM built in, PCMCIA 10/100 nic, modem, 192mb of ram, 8gb gdd, um... all the stuff a laptop would have.

Is it a namebrand laptop? Also, what's the screen size?

if you can get some money and plan on playing the gamecube, then it's a great deal :)

a game system you have fun with, is always better than a laptop you don't use :)

with the cash i'd trade. otherwise no. a 500 mhz laptop is still very useable for the majority of what people use laptops for, MS Office.
