ALPHA = clint eastwood, james bond, denzel washington (training day especially), Vince Vaughn asTrent Walker in swingers etc

Beta = ATOT




do i consider myself alpha.....most of the time. Sometimes I feel out alpha-ed though in certain environments. Its a continuous improvement process.
