I am getting a 2003 Pontiac GrandAM SE with sport suspention and a 2.2L Ecotec at the end of this month. It is the deep green with chrome highlights. It currently had chrome grill replacements and a nice nose deflector.

What I am planning on adding to it.

Engine Mods:
Single-tipped Magna-Flow CatBack exhaust including low-flo cat.
Head port and polish
4:2:1 Header
Cold Air intake with ram air mod (weapon r)
Performance spark plug kit and hyper-grounding kit

Body and Suspention Mods:
Strut Bars
16" Chrome Wheels
Chrome Taillights (possible, not decided)
Tinted Windows

The car is fairly low and the suspension is very tight on it.

Do you think this is rice, or moderate enough?

Who cares what other people think, it's your car. Do what you want to it, if it makes you happy.

The only possible rice would be the chrome taillights and possibly the wheels, depending on how gaudy they look.

It's a spark plug the auto parts store can charge twice as much for but it really does the same thing as a plug costing half as much. God, don't you know anything about modding cars?

I think they include a sticker that you can stick on your window to make your car look faster though...maybe that's where the "performance" comes from?

Yeah, but that stuff works way better if you only use one wiper.
