Only bad thing I've heard is that it causes loss of sensation, but I have no experience with this and my sensation is just fine.
I have a friend that was uncut and converted to Judaism when he married (Jewish wife, obviously) and he reports the opposite. He said that he has lost sensation post-circumcision. I'm not a doctor or anything but it seems to me that if the nerve endings are getting rubbed all the time on your underwear instead of being covered by the foreskin then that must make a difference.
The argument is typically that being circumsized causes the loss in sensation for that reason, not vice versa.
